When it comes to nail polish, I'll admit that I'm a TOTAL cheapskate, 'cause...well let's face it; there are more important things to spend my hard earned $$$ on like ICECREAM or Forever 21 (unless ofcourse I'm buying polish from F21 but come on, $2.80, that's a steal). Nonetheless, since I like to have a variety of colors, I really don't prefer to invest all that much. Point of this whole rant is that the upcoming nail looks that I'll be sharing will definitely be on a budget! "Yay" <--- that was your wallet talking.
